Thomson Higher Education Partners with Respondus

Respondus and Thomson Higher Education have entered into a partnership that will result in over 100 test banks being made available in Respondus format. Thomson Higher Education, which includes publishing brands Thomson Wadsworth, Thomson Brooks/Cole and Thomson South-Western, will be releasing Respondus-formatted test banks in the second quarter of 2004.

Instructors who adopt a participating textbook will find it easy to obtain the Respondus-formatted test bank. Although final details will be announced in the coming weeks, here's an overview of how it will work:

1) Instructors will go to the Respondus website and select the "Publisher Test Bank" link.

2) The textbook being adopted is selected and a request form for the test bank is submitted.

3) After the request is validated by Thomson Higher Education, the instructor will receive an e-mail that contains the information needed to download the test bank using the Respondus software.

4) To download the test bank, instructors will start their Respondus software, click "Open," click "Download Test Bank," and then enter the information provided by the publisher.
