Respondus 3.0 includes a new “personality” for the ANGEL Learning Management System. This makes it possible to create or import quizzes using Respondus and then publish them to an ANGEL course.
The Respondus 3.0 integration is designed for ANGEL 6.3. Respondus 3.0 can also be used with ANGEL 6.2 if several API files are added to the ANGEL server. To obtain the API files, the System Administrator for ANGEL should post a ticket to the ANGEL support portal requesting access to the Respondus APIs. Once these APIs are installed, Respondus 3.0 will work with an ANGEL 6.2 server.
A free campus-wide license of Respondus 3.0 is available to ANGEL licensees through July 31, 2005. For more information on this offer, send an email to sales@respondus.com. In addition, individual instructors can download the single-user version of Respondus 3.0 and then request a 30-day activation password.
Finally, we have prepared a Flash demonstration movie “Introduction to Respondus” that shows the integration between Respondus and ANGEL.
