Keeping Your Respondus Software Current
It's important to periodically update your Respondus software by using the "Check for Update" feature. It takes just seconds and it can keep things running smoothly.
Updates are periodically released for Respondus that contain minor fixes and enhancements. For example, if a course management system changes a feature that will affect its integration with Respondus, we will issue a patch to address this issue.
The default setting in Respondus allows for the automatic checking for updates when an exam is published to a course management system. However, if the automatic checks have been turned off, you can manually check for an update by going to the Help menu and clicking "Check for Update." If an update is available, click "Get Update" and the patch will automatically be downloaded and applied. It's that fast and easy to keep the Respondus software current.
