It seems like all universities and school districts are working on budgets early this year. To help with budget planning, we’ve announced our pricing early too, for the licensing period of August 2009 through July 2010.
Here’s the bottom line. We are not raising prices for campus-wide licenses of Respondus 3.5, Respondus LockDown Browser, StudyMate Class Server, or StudyMate Author. The only exception to this is for several consortium licenses where pricing for the upcoming year is set at a fixed rate in the contract.
All institutions that have a license renewing on August 1 will receive a formal price quote by the end of March. If you need the price quote prior to that time, please contact your account manager or send an email to our licensing group at licensing@respondus.com. Also, campus-wide pricing for all Respondus products is listed on our website at www.respondus.com/pricing). So if you simply need to estimate the price of a new or renewed license, that’s a great place to start.
