• Quick Start Guides – Quick Start Guides are 1 to 4 pages in length and provide step-by-step instructions on how to install and use key features of the software. The guides are available in PDF format and can be downloaded from http://www.respondus.com/quickstart
  
  
• Instructor User Guides - Full user guides are available for Respondus 3.5 and StudyMate Author 2.0. They are provided in MS Word format so institutions can edit or add to the instructions as wanted. See: http://www.respondus.com/products/userguide.shtml
  
  
• Administrator Guide for Respondus LockDown Browser - The Administrator Guide for Respondus LockDown Browser can be downloaded from the Administrator Area of our website (password required): http://www.respondus.com/campus-portal. This guide provides details for managing the software at an institution, and also contains a more comprehensive instructor guide for Respondus LockDown Browser
  
  
• Respondus Test Bank Network - One of the best ways to get "up and running" with Respondus 3.5 and StudyMate Author 2.0 is to use the Respondus Test Bank Network. Here you will find test banks for over 1,500 of the leading textbooks in higher education. The test banks are in a ready-to-use format and can be downloaded with Respondus 3.5 or StudyMate Author 2.0 -- free to instructors who adopt a participating textbook. • Knowledgebase and Support - Our online Knowledgebase provides answers to common questions about each Respondus product. We have one more “unofficial” tip. There are hundreds of tutorials and training materials for Respondus products on the Internet, developed by users and trainers from around the world. A Google search of “Respondus tutorial” will reveal some of these materials. Keep in mind that certain descriptions and tutorials may be out of date or contain inaccuracies, but it’s often useful to see how other institutions are rolling out Respondus software to faculty.
