Note that you cannot change any information from your original request (except the e-mail address).
If you have received a message that a Prepaid Activation number has already been used, you can enter the prepaid activation number below (leaving the e-mail field blank) to look up the person to whom the permanent activation password for Respondus was sent.
A prepaid Respondus activation code can be used for only a single registration of Respondus. However, If you want to install Respondus on a second computer for personal use (or move the license to another computer), you can request a second activation password.
