Purchase Orders
Purchase orders (net 30 days) are accepted from government and accredited educational institutions and major corporations, provided that they are submitted on purchase order forms with a purchase order number. Purchase orders must be for amounts over $200. Final payments must be made in US dollars drawn on a US bank. Please be sure to provide the order form below with all orders. What You Will Receive From Us
When a StudyMate Author activation password is purchased "offline," what we send you is a "prepaid" code that allows you to obtain a permanent activation password for StudyMate Author from our website. Here's what you need to do once you receive the "prepaid" code:
- If you haven't already done so, download StudyMate Author.
- Install the StudyMate Author software and start it to obtain the Product ID# that appears on the screen.
- Point your web browser to www.respondus.com/register/prepaid-sm.shtml. You will be prompted to enter the "prepaid" code provided to you, the Product ID# that appears when you start StudyMate Author (see previous step), and your e-mail address (among other registration information). As soon as the form is submitted, you will receive your permanent activation password by e-mail.
Please Note the Following Information Before Placing Your Order
- StudyMate Author runs on Windows 98/ME/NT4/2000/XP.
- Although Respondus, Inc. may choose to provide e-mail support long after you purchase the software, it only promises to provide you e-mail support for the first 30 days that follow your purchase (3 incidence limit).
- A "single-user" license does not permit you to have the software running on more than one computer simultaneously. For information on campus-wide licenses, click here.
- Since we offer a free 30-day trial period for this software, we don't provide refunds except under special circumstances. Please be sure that you want to purchase a permanent Activation Password before you place an order.
