"Love your product! I could rant and rave about it for hours... I've been using Respondus since January, and let me tell you what a lifesaver it has been. We have surveys in each of our online courses (over 80 this spring). At the end of the semester, we have to download that data for the different deans. What had taken at least a month was done in one day with Respondus. This is the best tool in which an online university can invest."

Installing Respondus to a Second Computer — Alternate Request Form

If you have exceeded the number of Respondus reinstallation requests that we allow to be processed automatically, or if your Product ID isn’t found in our automated system, please complete the form below. We will confirm your original purchase and will e-mail you a new Activation Password within 3 business days.

Note: If you no longer have the original registration information, you can find the Product ID number by going to Help > About Respondus. (Sorry, we cannot provide you a second activation password if you cannot provide us the original Product ID#.)
Download and install Respondus to the second computer. A new Product ID# will appear on the screen. Enter that here:
