Installing StudyMate Author to a Second Computer — Alternate Request Form

If you have exceeded the number of StudyMate Author reinstallation requests that we allow to be processed automatically, or if your Product ID isn’t found in our automated system, please complete the form below. We will confirm your original purchase and will e-mail you a new Activation Password within 3 business days.


All fields are required. Use a valid e-mail address to receive your password. No provided information is resold to third parties. Read our Privacy Statement.

Note: If you no longer have the original registration information, you can find the Product ID number by going to Help > About StudyMate Author. (Sorry, we cannot provide you a second activation password if you cannot provide us the original Product ID#.)
 
Download and install StudyMate Author to the second computer. A new Product ID# will appear on the screen. Enter that here:
