Reinstalling or Installing StudyMate Author to a Second Computer

Older versions of StudyMate are no longer available for purchase. You can read about the new version, StudyMate Campus.

However, we continue to support registered users of older versions. If you are a registered user of StudyMate Author and would like to obtain a second activation password so that you can reinstall on your computer or user the software on a second computer (for example, a home computer), please fill out and submit the form below. We will confirm you original purchase and email you a new Activation Password immediately.

If the automated system below indicates that your original Product ID is not in the database, or that you have exceeded your reinstallation requests, we will confirm the original purchase and email the new Activation Password within 3 business days.

Download and install StudyMate Author to the second computer. A new Product ID# will appear on the screen. Enter that here:
