StudyMate Licensing

Campus-wide licensing of StudyMate Class and StudyMate Author provides institutions with unlimited use of the applications. Campus-wide licensing is based on the size of the institution (student FTE enrollment) and renews annually on August 1. Institutions outside of North America are permitted to have a license that renews on January 1.

A StudyMate Campus-wide License includes both StudyMate Class and StudyMate Author (see pricing below). It is also possible to purchase a campus-wide license of only StudyMate Author. StudyMate Author is additionally available to individuals wanting to purchase a single-user license.

To obtain a campus-wide license, institutions must return a purchase order or payment with the appropriate License Agreement: StudyMate Campus-wide License Agreement or StudyMate Author License Agreement.
