There are two ways to license Respondus LockDown Browser: a campus-wide site license or a “lab pack” license. The campus-wide site license has annual fee based on the size of the institution (student FTE enrollment). A “lab pack” license has an annual fee based on a specified number of installations of Respondus LockDown Browser.

To obtain a campus-wide license, institutions must fill out the Respondus LockDown Browser License Agreement and return it with a purchase order number or payment.

Campus-wide site licenses renew annually on August 1. (Institutions outside of North America are permitted to have a license that renews on January 1.) K-12 Licensing
We understand that each school district is different and that the use of course management systems within K-12 schools varies greatly.
