What resources are available to learn how to use the Respondus LockDown Browser software?
We’re running Blackboard Vista/CE but the “Browser Restriction” setting doesn’t appear to instructors among the other assessment settings.

We are using Respondus with Blackboard CE 4 or Blackboard Basic Edition. When trying to select the assessment setting “Require Respondus LockDown Browser” the following warning message appears:
My copy of Respondus doesn’t display the test setting “Require Respondus LockDown Browser”
My test requires students to use Respondus LockDown Browser. Students are being asked for a password but I didn’t require one for this test.
We’re using Blackboard Basic (or Blackboard CE 4) and my assessment requires students to use Respondus LockDown Browser. When the pop-up window in the browser asks the student for the password, they are entering the correct option and clicking the “Continue” button. On the next screen, students encounter an error message when they attempt to begin the exam:
