Can Respondus export an exam as an .html file? Can it publish exams to a local network or to an e-learning system that isn’t supported by Respondus?
Respondus was designed for use with course management systems (CMSs) such as Blackboard, ANGEL, Desire2Learn, eCollege, and Moodle. Respondus also allows you to print exams/surveys or save them to MS Word, rich-text, or text files.

If an e-learning system supports the IMS QTI standard, Respondus can be used to author questions for it. However, Respondus isn't designed to create exams/surveys that can be administered from a standard web page.
