Is there a way to import a question database that is in the proprietary format of a course management system, such as Blackboard (.zip or .wct)?
Respondus won't import proprietary assessment or pool formats that have been downloaded using a browser from a course management system, such as the .zip format with Blackboard Learning System or the .wct format with Blackboard CE. Instead, retrieve the assessments or question databases directly from the course management system using the "Retrieve Questions" feature under the Retrieval & Reports menu. (Note: If a course management system supports the exporting of QTI 1.2 files -- which is the IMS standard for question and test interoperability -- it may be possible to import those files with Respondus.)
