I receive a setup error when I try to install Respondus. What should I do?

If you are running Windows XP, 2000, or NT, make sure you are installing with full administer rights enabled.

Next, make sure that your virus software is up-to-date and that there isn’t a virus on the computer. Check also to see if there is spyware running on your computer (we recommend http://www.doxdesk.com/parasite/ ).

Finally, download the Respondus software again from our website (use a different download folder) and try running the setup program again.
