We have surveys in each of our online courses (over 80 this spring). At the end of the semester, we have to download that data for the different deans. Reinstalling an Older Version of Respondus

If you previously purchased Respondus 1.x/2.x and would like to reinstall Respondus 2.0 according to the terms and conditions for reinstallation, follow these steps:

Locate the original Product ID from the previously purchased copy of Respondus 1.x/2.x. (The original Product ID is shown on the purchase receipt. Or, start the previous installation of Respondus and go to Help>About Respondus.)
Download Respondus 2.0 and run the setup program.
Start the newly installed copy of Respondus 2.0 and obtain the Product ID number.
Request a second activation password. You will be asked to provide the original Product ID and the new Product ID for Respondus 2.0. The new activation password will arrive by email.
