Respondus Monitor expands its use of facial detection by providing students real-time alerts when they move outside of the video frame during an exam. This release also helps students avoid behaviors or environmental factors that can trigger "false positive" flags by the system.

Respondus announces the release of StudyMate Campus, which allows instructors and students to create and share flash cards and learning activities. It integrates seamlessly with Blackboard, Brightspace, Canvas, Moodle, and Schoology. Mobile apps are available for students through iTunes and Google Play.

Respondus releases LockDown Browser for Mac, Version 2.0. The new release is built on Chromium, replacing the previous version based on Safari Webkit.

Respondus Monitor now includes "Automated Video Analysis," which flags suspicious behaviors of students during online exams. A "Help Center" tool has also been added, which enables students and help desks to more easily troubleshoot technical issues with a user's computer.

Respondus announces the release of LockDown Browser for the Schoology learning system. This integration enables Schoology Enterprise customers to prevent cheating during online tests. Respondus Monitor, the companion product to LockDown Browser, adds webcam and video technology for Schoology tests taken in non-proctored environments.
